Dedicated strongly to rural Texas and nature in its purest forms, Haven Restaurant is located just a few hundred yards east of where the bustling Kirby Drive meets the fast and furious Southwest Freeway. A first-of-its-kind concept in the nation’s fourth largest city, Haven’s “green building” design, created by Collaborative Projects, pairs with Chef Randy Evans’ regional Texas cuisine that delights diners with a farm-to-table menu of seasonal produce, artisan cheeses and meats sourced from Texas farmers. For wine, Haven focuses on boutique, hard-to-find bottles from around the globe at below-market prices.
