Downtown Skyline

Recently revamped into a vibrant neighborhood, the Downtown Houston district is home to many restaurants and clubs, especially in the historic district, which has become one of Houston’s most popular nightlife destinations. The downtown Houston Theater district is ranked second behind only New York in number of seats and also features several live music venues like the Verizon Wireless Theatre. Most real estate in Downtown Houston is found as urban lofts and condos converted from old historic buildings that combine history and character with the luxury and convenience of living in Houston’s largest business district. Most of the downtown buildings are connected by a subterranean tunnel system full of shops and restaurants.
