University of Houston - Downtown

A robust university in the heart of Downtown Houston, the modern campus of the University of Houston-Downtown is located on the northern edge of Houston’s central business district along the Buffalo and White Oak Bayous. Founded in 1974, it is the second largest, four-year public university in Houston. A nonresidential campus, UH-Downtown attracts students from throughout the Greater Houston area who bring with them a wealth of diversity in culture, language and nationality.
