The Pass and Provisions is a New American multitasker in the Montrose area that offers a formal, minimalist dining room with a view of an open kitchen that plates high-end prix fixe meals (The Pass) and a warmer space decked out with wood reclaimed from a basketball court serving an everyday bistro menu (Provisions). The eatery also has a happening bar area and a good-sized terrace. A restaurant within a restaurant, each distinct side has its own character. The more casual side, Provisions, is a little rock ’n’ roll with a lively main dining room playing music that sets a rambunctious mood while The Pass is decidedly ritzy and upscale as an exclusive place to get dressed up and focus on the food and the chefs who come to your table to serve it.
