Spindletop at the Hyatt Regency

Sitting atop the 30-story Hyatt Regency Houston, the city’s tallest hotel, is a revolving restaurant known as Spindletop. Paying homage to the birthplace of the Texas oil boom, Spindletop is Houston’s first and best-known revolving restaurant and has been a favorite seafood restaurant since opening in 1972. Making one revolution every 45 minutes, the multiple-level, glass-walled restaurant ensures that guests enjoy 360-degree views of the city and all of its famous landmarks.
