Rodeo Houston Barbecue Cook-Off

Every year to help kick off the spectacular events of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, thousands of barbecue enthusiasts flock to NRG Park to enjoy three days of good ol’ finger-licking, fall-off-the-bone Texas vittles at Rodeo Houston’s World’s Championship Bar-B-Que. This highly anticipated Texas-style cook-off makes the phrase “fill-er-up” the name of the game as attendees hop from tent to tent to feast heartily on some of the juiciest award-winning meals and party with the grill masters.
