Ht/X with Luke Savisky

Begun in 2014, the CounterCurrent festival consists of live performances, interactive art and audio and visual installations as well as lectures and special events showcasing artists from around the globe. The CounterCurrent opening night performance in 2015 was Ht/X, a live video spectacle by Austin-based multimedia artist Luke Savisky, that was performed on the underside of the Main Street Viaduct that inspired the audience to participate through live video projection feeds, which transformed the natural and architectural setting of the Buffalo Bayou with light and sound.
