Evening in the Park Gala

Boasting 500 attendees each year, Hermann Park Conservancy’s largest fundraiser, the Evening in the Park Gala, aims at raising critical operations support for the park itself. Guests enjoy strolling through beautiful gardens, al fresco dining and dancing under the stars in breathtaking surroundings that include a spiral path up to the top of a 30-foot central mount. One of Houston’s best charitable events, the Evening in the Park Gala is held at the new McGovern Centennial Gardens, which are home to an arid garden, a rose garden, a woodland garden, an interactive family garden and more. Visitors can get a bird’s-eye view of it all by walking the spiral path to the top of a 30-foot mount.
