Prohibition Supperclub and Bar
Found in the Houston Theater District, Prohibition Supperclub and Bar was inspired by the American hotel lobbies and European cafés of the 1920s. Specializing in nostalgic and decadent cuisine with new takes on American classics and seafood, Prohibition is Downtown Houston’s only raw bar of fresh oysters and crudo. Prohibition also offers an extensive bar program of classic cocktails, single malts, whiskeys, bottled craft beer and boutique wines that make it a unique destination for dinner or drinks. Originally built in 1912, Prohibition’s space was Houston’s first theatre. In tribute, Prohibition continues to use this space as its very own theater room with many of the original artifacts and wall plasters dating back to 1912.
