PESKA Seafood Culture in BLVD Place in Uptown showcases seafood traditions and products from around the world with a market component. The first U.S. restaurant from the Mexico-based Ysita family, PESKA Seafood Culture has received critical acclaim for its La Trainera brand, an established collection of four upscale seafood restaurants with locations in Mexico City and Acapulco. The restaurant features a fresh fish market that serves the restaurant and the public with more than 35 different kinds of fresh fish from around the world. At the helm of the kitchen is rising-star chef Omar Pereney; just 20 years old, Pereney has held multiple high-profile positions and starred on his own TV show, El Gourmet, which airs throughout Latin America.
