The Woodlands Waterway

A distinctive and welcoming feature of the downtown area of The Woodlands is The Woodlands Waterway and Waterway Square. The Waterway, modeled after San Antonio’s River Walk and navigable by The Water Taxi, connects The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion, The Woodlands Marriott Hotel & Convention Center, Waterway Square and The Woodlands Mall. Waterway Square, surrounded by major office buildings and a variety of restaurants, shops, entertainment venues and outdoor green spaces, features choreographed fountains that boast colored lighting and music during the evening hours.
