City Hall with Wells Fargo and One Shell Plaza

The travertine-clad tower tapers upward from a landscaped marble plaza with a series of closely spaced columns that frame the structure, creating the impression of a gently undulating exterior wall. Formerly the Allied Bank Plaza and First Interstate Bank Plaza, the Wells Fargo Plaza is a skyscraper at 1000 Louisiana Street in Downtown Houston. Currently the 16th tallest building in the country, Wells Fargo Plaza is the second tallest in Houston.
