Located in the historic Houston Cotton Exchange Building, an 1884 landmark listed on the National Register of Historic Places, Public Services Wine & Whisky specializes in an international selection of hard-to-find wines and whiskies. Not just any cocktail bar, Public Services offers patrons classic wines and a vast yet distinctive whiskey selection served straight, on the rocks or with a small selection of mixers.
