Little Dipper Lounge

Located in Downtown Houston near Main and Congress, the Little Dipper Lounge is an inexpensive neighborhood cocktail bar and lounge with an intimate setting and a full bar including liquor, draft beer, bottled beer and wine. Providing an unpretentious charm and laid-back atmosphere, Little Dipper Lounge is decorated with baby blue–tufted leather stools and a midnight-blue ceiling above the bar fashioned with shiny gold stars forming the Little Dipper.
