Reckling Park
The baseball stadium at Rice University, Reckling Park serves as home field of the Rice Owls baseball team. On the southwest corner of campus near Tudor Fieldhouse, Reckling Park was built on the former Cameron Field, Rice’s baseball home from 1978 through 1999. The old stadium was demolished in 1999 to begin work on Reckling, which was designed by Guy Jackson of Jackson & Ryan Architects, a Rice alumnus and former baseball letterman.
