Wells Fargo Plaza

Formerly the Allied Bank Plaza and First Interstate Bank Plaza, the Wells Fargo Plaza is a skyscraper at 1000 Louisiana Street in Downtown Houston. Currently the 16th tallest building in the country, Wells Fargo Plaza is the second tallest in Houston. From street level, the building boasts 71 floors, but there are four more stories below street level. Locals claim the building was designed when seen from the air, its structure forms two semicircles that are arranged to mimic a dollar sign.
